Cyber Security Account Executive

Cyber Security Account Executive (Entry Level)

Cyber Security Inside Sales Representative

San Francisco, Cambridge (UK), Toronto, Seoul

This is an office based position, based from our offices in either San Francisco, Cambridge (UK), Toronto or Seoul. The Inside Sales Representative will establish relationships with new and existing customers to uncover and sell high-value opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Passionately representing Darktrace across their regions, identifying all potential business opportunities through cold calling and new business development. This involves researching companies, identifying the key business decision makers and appointment setting.
  • Managing sales diaries.
  • Making in excess of 60 calls a day.
  • Using LinkedIn to engage with prospects & external databases to build contact lists.
  • Using subscription based databases such as Avention, RainKing or Discover.org to build lists.
  • Updating the Sparta company sales database with the relevant information. This must include all customer interactions including emails, LinkedIn messages and calls. New contacts must be added to the system and it should be updated and cleaned in the flow of the work. This includes closing down redundant opportunities which are duplicates.
  • Following up and speaking to prospects that have attended trade fairs in order to book meetings with them. Seeking out more senior level contacts if those that attended are too junior or irrelevant.
  • Booking meetings to be held at the Darktrace stand at trade fairs.
  • Writing succinct emails to customers and emails introducing the unique Darktrace cyber defense offering.
  • Recruiting & inviting VIP guests to join Darktrace executive events at various geographic locations.
  • Booking a minimum number of 5 direct meetings a week for their AE’s & arranging for a minimum of 5 guests to attend a DT event.
  • Providing a weekly report of your activities.
  • Helping with various other duties in addition to the daily work.

Senior Sales Trainer

San Francisco

Darktrace is looking for an experienced sales trainer who has the passion, experience and know-how to inspire salespeople to sell Darktrace solutions through outstanding customer engagement. This exciting role within North America has high visibility throughout our organization and entails delivering industry leading training to field sales, inside sales, pre-sales, marketing staff and our partner network across the globe.

You’ll need to have proven sales experience (ideally 4–5 years), charisma, experience in transferring skills as a sales trainer, supported by superior presentation and facilitation skills. Sales leadership experience would be a distinct advantage.  You will be practiced in adjusting your delivery style to your audience and know how to apply sales skills to real life sales scenarios by leveraging your own field examples.

Training will be given to gain the following experience:

  • Knowledge of networking and security architecture.
  • Experience with cyber security/incident response and security architecture, working towards CISSP, GIAC or vendor specific security certification.
  • Practical experience with network and security devices/systems e.g. Cisco, Juniper, firewalls, IDS, IPS, SIEM.

Graduate Cyber Threat Research Analyst

Cyber Defense Engineer

Global

To support our rapid growth, we are seeking Cyber Defense Engineers to join our global team. This is a key role, working closely with our clients, account managers, and other technical teams within Darktrace, to ensure the successful design and implementation of the Darktrace Enterprise Immune System. Your network knowledge will be invaluable, becoming the client’s trusted advisor regarding Darktrace on the network, for both pre- and post-sale deployments. The Cyber Defense Engineer helps the client from initial technical contact through to a successful Darktrace deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Be the technical authority on the design and implementation of the Darktrace solution.
  • Provide expertise and troubleshooting relating to network traffic.
  • Act as a technical touch point between a client’s network team, partners, and the Cyber Technology Specialists.

Cyber Defense Operations Support

This role requires patience and discipline with the ability to react quickly and calmly. Based in our Critical Control Operations Centre, you will be in the front-line of cyber defense, responding to and reporting on critical customer events through the Darktrace platform. You will interact directly with both the customer and the software development team.

This role may require on-call, out of hours and shift working.

A good scientific, computer science or engineering degree with grade 2:1 and above is desirable, but advanced technical vocational qualifications will also be considered
Proven ability to work with data and analytical tools
Thorough understanding of general networking and cyber security technologies is desirable but not essential

You will be supporting the secure operations of a small, fast-moving and dynamic engineering team dedicated to the creation of the industry's first Enterprise Immune System platform. Typical infrastructure technologies used include the TCP/IP networking stack with industry standard network/security appliances, Windows domain administration, distributed Linux environments with commonly used open source server services, and other technologies closely tied to corporate IT infrastructure, such as SMTP mail gateways or proxies, mixed manufacturer firewalls and other border devices.

The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate experience in the secure operations of protected mail, comms and source code development infrastructure

C++ Software Engineer

Candidates with strong interest and experience in server side C/C++ software development are required to join a small and dynamic team responsible for the design and creation of high performance multithreaded server-level technology designed to detect and defeat advanced cyber threat vectors. Marketing Executive (US)

San Francisco

Our San Francisco office is looking for a driven, articulate individual either directly out of college or with 2–3 years of relevant experience (e.g. marketing events, copywriting, online marketing). When you apply for this role, please have a writing sample prepared; we will ask for one if we would like to move forward with a screening call. This writing sample should reflect your ability to (1) catch and maintain attention and (2) communicate succinctly, but professionally.

This role entails:

  • Planning and implementing events across North America.
