Cyber Technologist

The Cyber Technologist (CT) role is a customer focused role. CTs provide technical and cyber defense expertise in pre-sale and post-sales accounts, working together with our Cyber Account Managers. During the pre-sale cycle, the CT will architect and deliver Proof of Values (POVs). After the sale, the CT will architect full deployments, and ensure customer success, actively contributing to the real-time defense and hardening of a customer’s key assets. CTs also liaise directly with the cyber analyst team, for knowledge sharing and response action.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical point of contact between clients, partners, and each business unit within Darktrace.
  • Being accountable for the delivery of Proof of Value engagement from end to end.

Senior Cyber Security Analyst

Darktrace is looking for an experienced, articulate cyber specialist, with a strong technical background, to work worldwide with major clients. This role will involve demonstrating Darktrace’s product suite and working with major clients in their SOC environments.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with expertise in security and network consulting. It is essential that they have had experience in customer-facing activities (pre/post-sales) and have a thorough understanding of the current threat landscape. Experience of using scripting languages and APIs to build prototype services and demo workflows is also highly desirable.

In due course, the successful candidate will begin promoting Darktrace on a global scale and will build up a strong media profile.

Cyber Engineer

To support our rapid growth, we are seeking Cyber Engineers to join our global team. This is a key role, working closely with our clients, account managers, and other technical teams within Darktrace, to ensure the successful design and implementation of the Darktrace Immune System. Cyber Defense Operations Support

Darktrace is currently seeking Cyber Defense Operations Support technicians to join our growing team across the world. Based in one of our Cyber Defense Operations Centres, you will be in the front-line of support, responding to and reporting on critical customer events.

This role requires patience and discipline with the ability to react quickly and calmly. You will interact directly with both customers and the software development team. No prior knowledge is required, but an interest in the field and willingness to learn is essential. This role also requires out of hours on-call and shift working. Software Engineer

  • Project Management: Drive progress on legal team projects and help out wherever needed. Actively work on improving processes with the goal of positively impacting the legal team as Darktrace grows and scales.
A Bachelor’s degree from a top university is required
Paralegal certificate is an advantage but not required
Interest in attending law school welcome
Relevant prior corporate experience, including at least 2 years as a paralegal, ideally at a major law form or in-house, is strongly preferred
Ability to work independently on a variety of projects; ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines and be proactive
Meticulous attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, including both oral and written
Proven strong analytical skills
Must be comfortable interacting with all levels of the company’s personnel, including management, building relationships across teams and across our offices
