Cyber Security Inside Sales Representative

In support of our continued growth, Darktrace is looking for driven, ambitious & hungry inside sales reps to join our Internal Sales team. This is an office based position, based from our offices in either San Francisco, Cambridge (UK), Toronto or Singapore. You will work on greenfield areas to establish relationships with new customers to uncover high-value opportunities.

Currently we are particularly looking for fluent speakers of English, Mandarin and/or Scandinavian languages. Our Cambridge (UK) office is particularly looking for fluent speakers in Scandinavian, German and Dutch.

Responsibilities

  • Engaging with new prospective customers and representing Darktrace across your region, identifying all potential business opportunities.
  • Identifying key decision makers whilst developing and qualifying new business opportunities within the targeted markets through cold calling, event recruitment and high-level prospecting.

Cyber Technology Specialist

Worldwide

Darktrace is currently expanding its Cyber Defense technical team, that will provide the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the rapidly-evolving cyber security industry. You do not need any prior knowledge, just a notable enthusiasm and willingness to learn. It is open to recent graduates, and those with 1 to 3 years of experience.

The Cyber Technology Specialist (CT) role is a customer focused role. CTs provide technical and cyber defense expertise in pre-sale and post-sales accounts, working together with our Cyber Account Managers. During the pre-sale cycle, the CT will architect and deliver Proof of Values (POVs). After the sale, the CT will architect full deployments, and ensure customer success, actively contributing to the real-time defense and hardening of a customer's key assets. CTs also liaise directly with the cyber analyst team, for knowledge sharing and response action.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical point of contact between clients, partners, and each business unit within Darktrace.
  • Being accountable for the delivery of Proof of Value engagement from end to end.
  • Present Threat Intelligence Reports and advise accordingly to variety of audiences from technical audience to C-level executives.
  • Be the trusted adviser and technical authority to the customer for architecture and integration decisions.
  • Provide feedback and technical reporting on accounts to Darktrace management.
  • Design and build custom client integrations and define solution architectures.

Senior Cyber Security Analyst

Darktrace is looking for an experienced, articulate cyber specialist, with a strong technical background, to work worldwide with major clients. This role will involve demonstrating Darktrace’s product suite and working with major clients in their SOC environments.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with expertise in security and network consulting. It is essential that they have had experience in customer-facing activities (pre/post-sales) and have a thorough understanding of the current threat landscape. Experience of using scripting languages and APIs to build prototype services and demo workflows is also highly desirable.

In due course, the successful candidate will begin promoting Darktrace on a global scale and will build up a strong media profile.

It is possible to work remotely, however frequent travel will be required.

A university degree in a technical subject such as engineering, computer science, physics or mathematics is required, with a 2:1 or above (UK) or GPA of 3.0 or above (US)
Experience with customer-facing activities (pre/post-sale), as well as security and network consulting, is essential

Cyber Threat Research Analyst

London

Currently, only candidates fluent in Spanish are required.

Cyber Defense Engineer

To support our rapid growth, we are seeking Cyber Defense Engineers to join our global team. This is a key role, working closely with our clients, account managers, and other technical teams within Darktrace, to ensure the successful design and implementation of the Darktrace Enterprise Immune System. Your network knowledge will be invaluable, becoming the client’s trusted advisor regarding Darktrace on the network, for both pre- and post-sale deployments. The Cyber Defense Engineer helps the client from initial technical contact through to a successful Darktrace deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Be the technical authority on the design and implementation of the Darktrace solution.
  • Provide expertise and troubleshooting relating to network traffic.
  • Act as a technical touch point between a client’s network team, partners, and the Cyber Technology Specialists.
  • Provide feedback and reporting to account managers on the development of deployments.
  • Design and build custom client integrations and define solution architectures.

Cyber Defense Operations Support

Cambridge (UK), San Francisco

This role requires patience and discipline with the ability to react quickly and calmly. Based in our Critical Control Operations Centre, you will be in the front-line of cyber defense, responding to and reporting on critical customer events through the Darktrace platform. You will interact directly with both the customer and the software development team.

This role may require on-call, out of hours and shift working.

A good scientific, computer science or engineering degree with grade 2:1 and above is desirable, but advanced technical vocational qualifications will also be considered
Proven ability to work with data and analytical tools
Thorough understanding of general networking and cyber security technologies is desirable but not essential
Experience of support and incident response procedures and practices is an advantage

Junior and Senior Network & Systems Administrator

Cambridge (UK), San Francisco

You will be supporting the secure operations of a small, fast-moving and dynamic engineering team dedicated to the creation of the industry's first Enterprise Immune System platform. Typical infrastructure technologies used include the TCP/IP networking stack with industry standard network/security appliances, Windows domain administration, distributed Linux environments with commonly used open source server services, and other technologies closely tied to corporate IT infrastructure, such as SMTP mail gateways or proxies, mixed manufacturer firewalls and other border devices.

A good university degree in a technical or scientific subject such as engineering, computer science, physics or mathematics is required, with a First or 2:1
The ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate experience in the secure operations of protected mail, comms and source code development infrastructure
Experience of a wide range of infrastructure elements over a networked Linux or Windows environment would be an advantage but is not essential

C++ Software Engineer

Candidates with strong interest and experience in server side C/C++ software development are required to join a fast-moving and dynamic team responsible for the design and creation of high performance multithreaded server-level technology designed to detect and defeat advanced cyber threat vectors. Further technologies of interest can include cyber security, research and development of mathematical algorithms, networking, TCP/IP, testing frameworks and Windows development.

Web Software Engineer
