Cyber Security Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities

Cyber Technology Specialist

Darktrace is currently expanding its Cyber Defense technical team, that will provide the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the rapidly evolving cyber security industry. The Cyber Technology Specialist (CT) role is a customer focused role. CTs provide technical and cyber defense expertise in pre-sale and post-sales accounts, working together with our Cyber Account Managers. During the pre-sale cycle, the CT will architect and deliver Proof of Values (POVs). After the sale, the CT will architect full deployments, and ensure customer success, actively contributing to the real-time defense and hardening of a customer’s key assets. CTs also liaise directly with the cyber analyst team, for knowledge sharing and response action.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a technical point of contact between clients, partners, and each business unit within Darktrace.
  • Being accountable for the delivery of Proof of Value engagement from end to end.
  • Present Threat Intelligence Reports and advise accordingly to variety of audiences from technical audience to C-level executives.
  • Be the trusted adviser and technical authority to the customer for architecture and integration decisions.

Senior Cyber Security Analyst

Darktrace is looking for an experienced, articulate cyber specialist, with a strong technical background, to work worldwide with major clients. This role will involve demonstrating Darktrace’s product suite and working with major clients in their SOC environments.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with expertise in security and network consulting. It is essential that they have had experience in customer-facing activities (pre/post-sales) and have a thorough understanding of the current threat landscape. Experience of using scripting languages and APIs to build prototype services and demo workflows is also highly desirable.

In due course, the successful candidate will begin promoting Darktrace on a global scale and will build up a strong media profile.

It is possible to work remotely, however frequent travel will be required.

Cyber Engineer

To support our rapid growth, we are seeking Cyber Engineers to join our global team. This is a key role, working closely with our clients, account managers, and other technical teams within Darktrace, to ensure the successful design and implementation of the Darktrace Enterprise Immune System. Your network knowledge will be invaluable, becoming the client’s trusted advisor regarding Darktrace on the network, for both pre- and post-sale deployments. The Cyber Defense Engineer helps the client from initial technical contact through to a successful Darktrace deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Be the technical authority on the design and implementation of the Darktrace solution.
  • Provide expertise and troubleshooting relating to network traffic.
  • Act as a technical touch point between a client’s network team, partners, and the Cyber Technology Specialists.

Cyber Defense Operations Support

Darktrace is currently seeking Cyber Defense Operations Support technicians to join our growing team across the world. Based in one of our Cyber Defense Operations Centres, you will be in the front-line of support, responding to and reporting on critical customer events.

This role requires patience and discipline with the ability to react quickly and calmly. You will interact directly with both customers and the software development team. No prior knowledge is required, but an interest in the field and willingness to learn is essential. This role also requires out of hours on-call and shift working. We are a young company with dynamic growth so you must be prepared to work hard and show continued commitment and dedication to the business.

  • Responding to requests for support raised in the Darktrace Customer Portal.
  • Explaining features of the software and helping customers to get the most out of the platform.

Mathematician
