With ongoing concerns around the potential impact of COVID-19, we wanted to update our customers on the precautions Darktrace is taking to ensure there is no disruption to the services we deliver to our clientele.

Darktrace is closely monitoring the situation and will continue to follow government guidelines for each country in which we operate. A Business Continuity Plan, which includes remote working, has been activated in regions where necessary to promote safe working conditions for our employees, while still providing value to customers’ teams.

We are pleased to say that we do not anticipate any disruption to any of the customer services provided by Darktrace, including Ask the Expert, 24/7 Proactive Threat Notification, regular Threat Intelligence Reports, and customer support tickets. Each of these services will continue as normal for all of our customers worldwide.
