Suman Raju is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Darktrace, a global leader in AI for cybersecurity that protects nearly 10,000 organizations globally from evolving threats across their digital environment, including cloud, email, network, and operational technology. As CFO, Suman is responsible for Darktrace’s financial strategy and execution, ensuring resources and investments align to support Darktrace’s long-term financial goals.

Suman has spent more than 15 years scaling public and private B2B enterprise SaaS companies and leading global finance organizations through periods of transformation. Before joining Darktrace, he was CFO at Ivalua, where he helped prepare the company for public markets, led strategic transactions, and drove strong growth in recurring revenue and profitability. Prior to that, he held CFO roles at Crownpeak Technologies and SAP Ariba, where he led international teams and supported M&A and strategic growth initiatives. Throughout his career, Suman has held various finance and operations leadership roles across multiple geographies including APAC and North America and has deep experience managing corporate finance.

He holds an MBA from The Georgia Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree in accounting from Auburn University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
