11:30 AM — Arrival, welcome, and sign-in / waivers
11:45 AM – 1:00 PM — Lunch: Buffet Duo Gourmand and presentation
1:00 PM – 1:30 PM — Theoretical briefing: classroom session on track driving basics
1:30 PM – 3:00 PM — Track driving activity (4 laps per participant)
3:00 PM – 3:15 PM — Return to the main pavilion and closing remarks
3:30 PM – 5:00 PM — Cocktail reception (5à7) with open bar

The Driving Experience

You'll drive the vehicle yourself. All cars are 2-seaters, with a professional instructor riding alongside you for guidance and safety.
Approximately 5 to 6 cars are on the track at the same time.
The full driving portion runs about 2 hours (30-minute theory session + 1.5 hours of track time).
Prefer to ride along instead of driving? Perfectly fine — enjoy your laps as a passenger, at no change in price.
